My dream since I was a kid to be in the military but instead my course through life changed when outer space and our ability to roam in it expanded greatly, since china and some other Asian countries started to form a space station on mars. They did this to learn how to expand public living areas to other planets, not mars but it was sort of just an experiment. The Chinese inspired me to be one of the first on another planet to start the beginning of my own colonies on another planet. So i speed my way through college and was accepted to a space academy.
After graduating the academy i was placed on a list of 20 astronauts and only 2 will be selected to go into outer space. The mission is to go into outer space far out into outer space and that’s all the astronauts knew of. Only a hand full of scientist and one man working for the molarity that had already spoken to all the astronauts and we were all supposed to not inform our families of the mission and instead allow the military to take care of our family’s curiosity when we are gone. He also explained how there are no press allowed in the i.g.l.o., i.g.l.o. standed for in ground launch optimizer. The igloo would be able to launch the single rocket space craft into space with out of the craft wasting any energy entering space. It did this by launching a large a launch pad that would use all of its power thousands of feet from earth the exact same time the space craft launched off. This was new technology and the military related speaker without a name that we met explained this to us and said the rocket to America is said to be a satellite craft.
The day is coming soon and im very scared but not because I won’t make it I know I’ll make it because I was one of the few to complete a training course of intelligence and physical ability perfectly the second time, because we are not meant to pass it the first time it’s meant to be impossible and because it’s about adapting and finding what must be done to succeed because in space you must always succeed. Think about you can just spend billions of dollars and come back expecting for them to give you another chance.
The day has arrived I’m so very excited I have not been this excited and scared for anything else in my entire life. I just woke up and I walk ou to my kitchen to make coffe and head to the meeting place they gave my directions to and I rip them off my refrigerator and I hear a voice behind me saying you made it congrats….and that’s all I remember before I wake up in the space station I have never seen before but only heard of stories. I was in the biggest room iv ever seen bigger then a football stadium bigger then every thing. A ship that took up most of the room that’s supposedly to launch all the way through the atmosphere after launch our ship through the atmosphere. The gigantic ship already had many crew members and I was told they would be my new people I will be in contact from space to the satellite and now no one on earth besides people in the iglo will even know I’m in space. The scariest thing I was told was we are launching now. They even dressed me and gave me a manual explaining everything,2 other men were with me he was just waking up the other man was standing with the crew launching out of the iglo on the large ship launching me. A large man picked me up and started pushing me to the ship, as he did this I noticed thousands of windows on the walls and the ceiling was opening up I couldn’t even see most of the room because it was so large. i had to look 180 both was to see the whole ship and even then I could barley see the ends of it.
As I walked into the ship I saw plants everywhere in a like glowing barrier or case and air…. I assume oxygen was blowing out. I also so crates and crates of everything like guns, plants, seeds, foods, minerals, animals, DNA tubes, lots of books, millions of pictures and art….even the constitution I couldn’t understand what was going on. Then I realized what was going on I and the crew of my small ship was a small part of a big plan we were going to go explore like planed but we weren’t going home when we were done we were going to the other ship. I was so scared and yet reassured within 5 seconds because I ran into my family. The man in a space suit like mine was with my whole family and others I didn’t know he Told me I was exploring for a new place to settle the ship to land and populate in the spaceship and later on a planet. I got my dream but not how I wanted I didn’t want it to be like this. He told me our world wasn’t strong enough and a meteor was going to hit and but not destroy the planet but the atmosphere is so weak it will disappear from the impact rubble of the meteor. He told me as we speak hundreds of countries are finding a way to mars or the united nations space tjfhgnv station….and there wasn’t enough room so I’m one of the luckiest people in America to have my family here. But its just to hard to imagine Earth is gone just as we are learning to leave it.
